Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Sunday: Closed

We are closed on all public holidays

Delivery times:

Monday-Friday: from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Saturdays: from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Sundays: No deliveries.

Delivery outside delivery window it might be possible depending on driver availability but extra charges will apply.

Cakes can be picked up during opening hours.

Refund/Exchanges/Cancellations:

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations otherwise you will lose 40% of your total order.

Are faulty - this does not include breakages in the delivery process where the delivery is out of our control (courier deliveries)

If you're unsure of a product, please contact us prior to ordering and we can discuss. Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you:

Simply change your mind, or
Make a wrong decision.

Notes:

Cakes might have minor variations in colour and design.

We required at least 4 days’ notice for customized cakes.

Cakes does not include cake toppers unless specified.

Last minute orders:

Same day delivery is only available Monday to Friday, order must be placed before 11:00 am on that day. Delivery will be done after 3:00 pm.

Last minute cakes are limited to website options (Last minute category), customer can call anytime during business hours to discuss other options.

Delivery and flavours are subject to availability.
